On Saturday, July 1st, St. Thomas the Apostle Parish celebrated the feast day of our patron saint, Saint Thomas. The celebration this year began with a bi-lingual Mass and was followed by a delicious barbecue prepared by the Knights of Columbus, Council 2603, and potluck provided by the various organizations and ministries of STAP. Those attending could then opt to participate in fun family activities (corn hole toss, funnel toss, bingo) or watch the Teen Ministry challenge all willing adults to a friendly game of volleyball (it was a tie this year). As darkness fell, everyone was treated to a fireworks show provided by the Knights of Columbus.
