The Altar Society is an organization of men and women committed to the care and beautification of the sanctuary and the church.
Our mission includes dedicated people who accomplish the following: light cleaning of the altar and all other church areas, candle maintenance, laundering of altar linens, host luncheons for funerals, readying the church for liturgical seasons, and perform other functions as requested by the Pastor.
The St. Thomas the Apostle Altar Society meets on the second Tuesday of each month (September through June) from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. We welcome new members interested in joining our ministry to the parish community.
